evaluations
We believe in helping families find answers and solutions. Therefore, Doctor Kelly offers full psychological, behavioral, learning, and diagnostic evaluations through her practice, Magnolia Psychological Services, in-person for children and young adults. We call these 'full-circle evaluations' because they begin and end with the young person at the center of the work--all the questions, data, and answers are based on providing real world solutions for children, parents, and educators.

We know waiting for answers can be difficult. We will get back to you ASAP to see if we can help, and what our availability may be. Please reach out by completing the form attached.

What is a full-circle evaluation?
1
Information Sharing
After completing a thorough online questionnaire, you will speak with Doctor Kelly so she can review the focus and goals of the evaluation.
2
In-Person Evaluation
Doctor Kelly will conduct a full evaluation based on the questions you have for your family member. The evaluation day will be several hours of in-person testing and may include behavioral, learning, and/or diagnostic questions. This is completed one-on-one.
3
Observation
Doctor Kelly usually requests an in-person evaluation, where possible, to better understand the full picture. This happens in tandem with the in-person evaluation.
4
Supporting Data
You will be asked to complete several questionaries (in addition to the initial data gathering). These questions will be based on the focus of the evaluation and help us develop a clearer picture of what we are trying to understand, and also how we can best help. Doctor Kelly often also asks teachers, employers, or any other people familiar with the person we are learning more about.
5
Practical Report
After all of the information is gathered, Doctor Kelly will provide you with a report that can be used to help at home and school, as well as to request accommodations or services as applicable.
